Tokyo Jujutsu High: The Sorcerer's Hub
Tokyo Jujutsu High serves as the central hub and safe zone for all players in Jujutsu Zero. This sprawling campus, hidden by powerful barriers (veils), is where your journey begins. The school grounds are meticulously modeled after the iconic locations seen in the anime and movie. Key areas include the Main Training Field, where players can practice their combos on cursed training dummies, and the Basement Archives, where you can trade Yen for skill upgrades.
Strategic Importance: The High School is the only place where you can safely manage your inventory and team composition without the risk of cursed spirit ambushes. It also hosts the Quest Board, which is the primary source of experience and currency. Make sure to talk to NPC Kiyotaka Ijichi near the front gate to accept transport missions, which are the fastest way to travel to remote combat zones.
Combat Zones: Beyond the Veil
Once you leave the safety of the school, you enter the Combat Zones. These are open-world areas teeming with spirits of varying grades. The **Shinjuku District** is currently the highest-level zone, featuring urban combat against Grade 1 spirits. The verticality of the skyscrapers adds a layer of complexity to combat, requiring players to utilize movement-based techniques to stay alive.
The Abandoned Hospital (Raid)
A Grade 2 raid zone perfect for leveling mid-game characters. The hospital layout features narrow corridors that favor AoE (Area of Effect) techniques like Inumaki's Cursed Speech. Be wary of the basement levels, where Special Grade spirits are known to spawn during nighttime events.
Gojo's Training Grounds
A hidden sandbox area where you can test your survival skills against endless waves of spirits. This zone does not offer traditional rewards but provides the highest rate of "Mastery" experience, which is required to unlock character-specific passives.
Mystery Merchant & Secret NPC Locations
Exploration is rewarded in Jujutsu Zero. Scattered throughout the maps are secret NPCs who offer legendary cursed tools and rare materials. The most elusive is the Mystery Merchant, who only appears during specific weather conditions or after a certain number of Jujutsu Zero codes have been redeemed globally. Finding him is the only way to obtain the Playful Cloud cursed tool without relying on RNG (Random Number Generation) in raids.
